Hello hello, Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you had a lovely day yesterday. I spent it with my family in Brooklyn. It was a great day, but I was really missing my sister while she’s still in London. Now I’m ready to get into the Christmas spirit, and count down the days until she’s home!
I’m dropping in to share the CUTEST holiday collection from Kate Spade featuring my favorite, champagne! The collection also includes many glittery favorites, and some NY inspired pieces as well.
Check out my favorites below, and happy shopping!
I love St. Patrick’s Day! I am nowhere near Irish, but I think its a fun holiday! You all know how I love to be festive for holidays, and this is no exception. Here are some of my personal traditions for each St. Patty’s Day. Enjoy 🙂
Green bagel || I always try to find a bagel store that sells green bagels, and I have been successful the last few years. It may seem a little gross to look at, but it’s so fun!
Shamrock shaped cookies || My sorority always included shamrocks on a lot of our gifts, so in years past, I’ve made shamrock cookies with a shamrock cookie cutter and green frosting. Can’t forget the shamrock shaped sprinkles!
Of course, cannot forget to dress with a little bit of green.
Hope you have a great St. Patrick’s Day!
This was one of my options for my work holiday party this week. I actually ended up wearing this instead! I was so torn for what to wear, but this festive dress will be worn for Christmas Eve. I never really wear green besides the holidays, so this is the perfect pick for a holiday look. Add some red lipstick and heels, and you’re good to go!
What I’m Wearing:
Forever 21 Dress (old, similar) || Payless Heels
I’m so excited to share another holiday look! Today’s outfit is a little dressier, and perfect to wear to a holiday party! The red shirt is festive, and the lace in the back is the perfect amount of fancy. I paired the shirt with my new flared skirt from Old Navy. To finish the outfit, I wore my heels to give myself a little height. Of course, no holiday outfit is complete without a red lip 😉
What I’m Wearing:
Francesca’s shirt (old, similar) || Old Navy skirt || Payless heels

Happy Wednesday friends! We’re halfway through the week, which is even shorter because of the lovely holiday weekend! How was your weekend? Mine was a perfect blend of busy and relaxing!
Sam and I, commuting together!
Friday I got out of work at 3pm and so did one of my besties, Sam. I met her by the ferry and we traveled home together, where we met a few of our other friends for happy hour at Burrito Bar, a restaurant on Staten Island. Saturday as I mentioned, I moved my baby sister back to college for her sophomore year! I can’t believe she’s gone :(. After I got back home, me and my mom spent a few hours watching episodes of The City (we also made s’mores).
Sister & me in her new room.
Sunday I met up with my sorority Big sister in the city where we went to lunch at Max Brenners! After we walked around for a bit at Washington Square Park. When I got home that night I started cleaning and reorganizing my room! I’ll be painting and changing it up soon so I decided to get started.
My big and I in Washington Square Park!
I planned on cleaning and relaxing more on Sunday, but one of my friends invited me to a BBQ so of course I jumped at the opportunity! I went to a few stores in the morning for Labor Day sales and then headed to their house. It was SO HOT out Monday, but it was definitely nice to hang out with friends.
Now here we are, Wednesday! My Tuesday was super busy at work, catching up on the long weekend. After work, I stopped my the nail salon by my house and got a manicure and pedicure! It’s my favorite way to relax after a busy day.
Enjoy your Wednesday!
