This past Sunday, I had the pleasure of attending SELF Magazine’s Up N Out Studio, held at Spring Studios in Tribeca!
I heard about this awesome weekend from Her Campus Blogger Network, and quickly signed up to reserve my spot! For this weekend, SELF showcased great studio workouts from around the country, including Pure Barre, FlyWheel, Barry’s Bootcamp and many more! I woke up nice and early Sunday morning and headed into the city so I had time to explore the studio and fun vendors that would be there. I arrived around 10:15 but since my 305 Fitness class wasn’t until 11:40 during the “Brunch” session, I had some time to look around before my class. I sampled some smoothies and bars from Premiere Protein, took some photos with Bliss Spa, and chatted with some reps from a bunch of other great companies. I also left with an amazing swag bag filled with goodies from all of these great sponsors.
Now time for the fitness… I had been wanting to try a class with 305 Fitness, so this was a great opportunity (hello free class). I thought it would be just a fun dance class, but it was INTENSE. Filled with lots of cardio and a little bit of toning, it was definitely a great workout. While it’ll be another year until SELF Up N Out Studio pops up again, I encourage you to keep an eye out for when it does! You won’t regret it.
